A simple recipe of sugar and butter, that’s magically transformed into something utterly wonderful through the skill of knowing the ideal proportions and how to cool and pull it to achieve the ideal chewy texture. Using this as our starting point, we added a little sea salt, not to improve on tradition, but to create a new classic for tomorrow.
Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Coconut Oil, Butter (Milk) (6%), Sea Salt (1%), Salt, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin.
